Stretch Routine:

  1. Seated Neck Stretch (1 minute):

    • Sit tall in your chair. Gently tilt your head to the left, holding for 15 seconds, then switch sides.
  2. Shoulder Rolls (1 minute):

    • Roll your shoulders in slow circles, 10 times forward and 10 times back.
  3. Seated Spinal Twist (1 minute):

    • Place your right hand on your left knee and twist your torso gently to the left. Hold for 15 seconds, then switch.
  4. Seated Hamstring Stretch (2 minutes):

    • Extend your legs in front of you, reaching toward your toes. Hold for 30 seconds.
