Workout Routine:

  1. Warm-Up (2 minutes):

    • Jumping jacks: 30 seconds
    • Arm circles: 30 seconds
    • High knees: 1 minute
  2. Core Circuit (5 minutes):

    • Plank hold: 30 seconds
    • Bicycle crunches: 1 minute
    • Mountain climbers: 30 seconds
    • Rest for 30 seconds, repeat twice.
  3. Legs & Lower Body (5 minutes):

    • Squats: 15 reps
    • Lunges: 10 reps per leg
    • Glute bridges: 15 reps
    • Rest for 30 seconds, repeat twice.
  4. Upper Body & Arms (3 minutes):

    • Push-ups: 15 reps
    • Tricep dips: 15 reps
    • Superman holds: 15 reps
